Our Mission
Company Establishment：
Our company was established in 2004 in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by a group of founders with extensive experience in the insurance industry. The overseas team focuses on providing comprehensive planning advice and solutions for life insurance and property insurance for families and businesses.
Initial Goals：
Aiming to meet the specific needs of our clients by offering customized insurance product solutions, emphasizing customer service and personalized experience.

Expansion
In 2020, the sudden outbreak of the pandemic caught many people off guard. During this period, many faced illness and death. Our claims customer service department became the busiest, with the professional and efficient services of our Hong Kong and mainland China teams receiving high praise from our clients. At the same time, we saw the helplessness and anxiety of the "orphan policy" clients who, while dealing with illness and the loss of loved ones, also had to handle their policy claims. More and more clients were referred to us by friends, hoping that we could assist with their claims. In 2021, we established the "Waystar" project to serve the overseas market's "orphan policy" clients, ensuring that their policies are no longer left without support.
